1. For monthly-billed Active Server Packages upgraded to annual billing during the promotion:
When a customer switches an active monthly package to an annual billing cycle and prepays during the promotion, they may choose one of the following:

Option A: +12 months of FREE service (a total of 24 months: 12 months pre-paid + 12 months FREE),

Option B: a 50% discount for 1 year of service.
2. For annually-billed Active Server Packages renewed during the promotion:
When a customer with an active annual package prepays for another year during the promotion, they may choose one of the following:

Option A: Get +12 months of FREE service (a total of 24 months: 12 months pre-paid + 12 months FREE),

Option B: a 50% discount for 1 year of service.
3. For biennially-billed Active Server Packages renewed during the promotion:
When a customer with an active 2-year package prepays for another 2-year term during the promotion, they may choose one of the following:

Option A: Get +24 months of FREE service (a total of 48months: 24 months pre-paid + 24 months FREE),

Option B: a 50% discount for 2-years of service.
4. For All New Server Packages purchased during the promotion:
All new packages purchased during the promotion receive a 50% recurring discount (with any billing cycle).
Exclusions and Disclaimers:
1. This offer is one-time only. The standard price will apply at the next service renewal
2. The offer cannot be applied if the customer has any unpaid invoices related to the service.
3. All Dedicated Private Servers Servers and Custom Services are excluded from the promotion.
4. The promotion lasts from December 1, 2025 2025 (8:00 AM EST) until December 8, 2025 (8:00 AM EST). It applies only to on-demand invoices generated during this period that include the additional free months - it does not apply to automatic (non–on-demand) renewal invoices.
5. Invoices for Services and Items Purchased during the Promotion cannot be paid using Credits.
6. Unpaid invoices generated to avail of the promotion will be canceled after December 8, 2025, and the previous service billing cycle will be restored.
7. If a Customer has any externally automated billing subscriptions (PayPal etc.) it is the Customer's responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription.
8. Pre-payment renewals/advance payments can be applied only to active server plans and are not refundable.
